I, the below signed Ocean Protocol Ambassador Program Member, hereby pledge to become an Ocean Protocol Ambassador. In becoming an Ocean Protocol Ambassador I promise to adhere to Ocean Protocol’s core mission and values and support Ocean Protocol in good faith to actively spread awareness and adoption of Ocean Protocol and bring value to the Ocean network through contributing to pre-approved activities and initiatives as identified and agreed upon together with fellow Ambassador Program Members and representatives of the core Ocean Protocol Team.

I acknowledged that I will provide my personal contact details to the Ocean Protocol Ambassador Program and will be personally involved in the program.

Furthermore, I pledge to adhere to the following important program norms and procedures:

• I will conduct myself in a professional and courteous manner and treat fellow Ambassador Program members as well as representatives of the core Ocean Protocol team and members of the extended Ocean Protocol community with respect.
• I will regularly contribute to Ambassador Program meetings, activities and initiatives in a constructive and meaningful way and post timely updates about my program related activities and initiatives on Ocean Protocol Ambassador Program forums (i.e. Discord, Trello, etc).
• I am expected and encouraged to propose new program activities and initiatives that will add value to the ongoing development of the Ambassador Program and Ocean Protocol.
• I understand that $OCEAN token rewards are only provided for active contributions to activities and initiatives that have been previously presented to and agreed by fellow Ambassadors.
• I will not discuss the $OCEAN token price nor make baseless claims about the project nor sell or “shill” Ocean Protocol.

By agreeing to become a member of the Ocean Ambassador Program I understand that I am:

● NOT an employee of Ocean Protocol Foundation

● NOT allowed to negotiate legal obligations on behalf of the Ocean Protocol Foundation

● NOT allowed to claim that I am a member of the core Ocean Protocol team on LinkedIn and/or via other platforms and circumstances

I also agree that I will not disclose confidential details regarding Ocean Protocol’s business to third parties, including any information on any of Ocean’s customer information or business plans (the “Confidential Information”), make copies of any Confidential Information or any content based on the concepts contained within the Confidential Information for personal use or for distribution unless requested to do so by Ocean, or use Confidential Information other than solely for the benefit of the Ocean Protocol network.

Should I violate any parts of this pledge, I acknowledge that my Ambassador Program membership and all related privileges will be revoked with immediate effect.
